A Tailored Approach
Each home is complex and each individual in the home wants and needs are different, when thinking about smart homes and home automation, everyone wants something different. Our vision is to take the ever increasing complexity of a smart home, simplify it and make the home environment start to do things automatically but keeping control in the owners hands.
For this we created our 5 step program
Audit

Most homes have at least wifi installed, but some have many smart devices even if you are not aware of them. Most modern white goods (stoves, Washing machines and Fridges) all now have smart apps. This means the first step is a thorough review of what is in the home today, this includes measuring wifi signal levels and documenting all existing smart devices.
Interview

The second step is the interview to find out what will enhance your life. The aim here is to create home automations that you will use and will be helpful. This is a series of questions to gain an understanding of what will work best for you.
The Plan

We then create a plan, this can be anything from getting the wifi to work better with a smart speaker to a fully automated lighting, HVAC, security cameras, audio & video systems. The plan can also be a multi-phased approach to gradually move towards the automated home or a whole home automation renovation plan. This has details and costs of everything we will do.

We will arrange a time to install the new systems, with as little disruption as possible to the home. All devices will be tested and training given before the implementation is signed off.
Maintenance

We maintain remote secure access to the home automation system and depending on the maintenance plan can run regular health checks, updates of systems, remote fault finding. With a maintenance plan further installation or integration of new items can be arranged.
